These editorial guidelines explain how Format Convertly publishes product copy, format guides, comparisons, and blog posts.

What we publish

Converter pages describe a real tool on this site. Guides explain formats, quality, and conversion steps. We do not invent customer ratings, fake authors, or fabricated FAQs.

Review process

• Product pages must match the converter or tool that actually ships.
• Format claims stay limited to behavior we can demonstrate in the browser.
• Legal pages are reviewed when the architecture or contact details change.

Fact-checking

Technical statements about uploads, storage, and local processing must match the Privacy Policy. If a guide is wrong, we correct the page rather than adding a disclaimer.
